- No credit card required to start. We won't charge you anything you haven't agreed to.
- When a trial ends, your account goes read-only if you haven't set up a paid plan — you can still see everything, but new orders/edits pause. Nothing is ever deleted.
- Ready to continue? Reach out any time during or after your trial and we'll get you set up on a plan that fits your business.
Pricing
We're still finalizing pricing — a simple, affordable base plan, with a higher tier for a bit more if you want extra features. No numbers yet, so nothing to promise you prematurely. If you're on a trial when pricing lands, we'll reach out to you directly first — you won't be switched to anything without hearing from us.
Your recipes stay yours
Our family's stand runs on original recipes too, so we treat recipe privacy the way you do. Your account is completely separated from every other farm's, and there is no sharing feature — no way to publish a recipe or send it to another account, so there's no mechanism to leak one even by accident. We host on our own private server, not a big cloud, so no third-party vendor or their staff can touch the data. And in the spirit of full honesty: exactly one person — me, the owner, who keeps this server running — is technically able to browse the database at all. Once we're rolling there will be thousands of recipes in here, and I have other things to build. Your recipes are safe from me. If recipe sharing is ever something you want, that will be a deliberately designed feature with protections on both sides — tell us.
Why we built this
TopFarmStand started as the software running our own family's farm stand — and it still does, every day. Our goal is simple: a solid product at a very affordable price. Farm stands and home bakeries run on thin margins — the software they run on shouldn't eat them. And this product isn't finished growing: it evolves as long as people like you keep telling us what they need.
